weekly meal planning

Have you started planning your meals for this week? It is already getting hot here in Texas and I am looking for dinner ideas that will not heat up the house very much and do not take hours to prepare.

If you are looking for dinner ideas that prepare quickly, I have a list of 30 minute meals that are all  perfect for busy moms! Make sure you check them out and keep some of these easy recipes on standby as summer approaches and life gets busy.

Also, to save money at the store, make sure you check out my current deals at Walmart (that are all under $1) and the Target Weekly Ad so you can save even more!

easy recipes (30 minute meals)

Weekly Meal Plan:

Creamy Crockpot Chicken and Black Beans- this is so yummy and will be in my recipe eBook. Serve this in corn tortillas and Puerto Rican Rice om the side.

Baked Brown Sugar Salmon Fillets- my plan is to use some brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce and salt and pepper to make a glaze for salmon fillets and bake or grill. Serve over rice or couscous and with a dinner salad and dinner rolls.

English Muffin Pizza- served with apple sauce and carrots.

Vodka Chicken Pasta- yum!

Turkey and Bacon Sandwiches- so easy and so yummy! I like to buy pre-cooked bacon that heats up perfectly in the oven to make this even easier!

Leftover Buffet- use em up!
