Here is what others are saying about my eBook:

It was a quick read and it was full of lots of helpful ideas and information.

If you’re new to menu-planning, feel overwhelmed by menu-planning, or just need some inspiration to begin menu-planning again, I think you’ll find this ebook to be a great starting point. The author (also named Crystal!) makes menu-planning seem doable, simple, and possible. The ebook is full of step-by-step advice plus there are quite a few free printables, many helpful links to other sites and resources, and 14 easy recipes.

I especially loved the beginning advice on creating criteria for what recipes you like to make so that you can quickly and easily know if a recipe is a good fit for you, just by glancing at it. I’ve never heard of someone recommending doing this, but I realized that I do have recipe criteria \”” even if it’s not written down officially somewhere.

I like how she broke it down into simple tasks that do not take much time to do at all. I was wrong to think that meal planning was some crazy complicated process. It’s really not that hard at all the way Crystal has it set out in her book. She even teaches you how to make a grocery list and how to shop so you always have on hand what you need to make your meals.

I love all the printables she includes like the shopping list, recipe list and more. It’s nice to have something visual to go off when you are learning how to do something. The printables really help bring the whole process together.

I’ve got a fantastic new resource to tell you about today.   This How to Meal Plan, A Step by Step Guide for Busy Moms ebook is written by Crystal VanTassel, a long time Menu Plan Monday participant, and is a great ebook to help you get dinner on the table every night.   Of course it won’t actually prepare your meals for you but it does provide tips, recipes and printables to get you going. I honestly think menu planning is one of the first places to start on your organizational journey but I know it’s not easy for everyone to implement.   Whether you are a menu planner newbie or simply need a menu plan refresher, this ebook can help!
