Teacher Appreciation Ideas: A Handwritten Poem for Your Teacher

Sharing is caring!

Teacher Appreciation Week is fast approaching. It is next week- May 6-10th!

How do you and your kids celebrate the week? Do you shower your teacher with one awesome gift? Does your school have themed ideas for each day of the week. Back when I had two boys in public school and was PTA President, we loved to do an easy theme for the week. We would identify something fun for each day like on Monday bring your teacher a note, on Tuesday bring your teacher a flower, on Wednesday bring your teacher her favorite candy, etc.

This was a fun way to keep teacher appreciation ideas budget friendly.

Today I want to share with you the sweetest Teacher Poem that my friend Kelli from 3 Boys and a Dog made for her readers and she is excited that I am sharing it with my readers today.

This handwriting poem is a free printable that your kids can trace and then color and give to their teacher from the heart.

You can go here to print it. This is perfect for the younger child you may not be able to write an entire letter to their teacher independently.

Enjoy!
