Have you created your meal plan this week?

Do you know what you’re cooking?

Have you already been grocery shopping? Did you shop in your pantry first?

There are five simple steps to meal planning. I can teach you how to do it. It is so much easier than you think!

Here are the easy recipes I am feeding my family this week.

beefy rice recipe

Beefy Mexican Rice- served with tortilla chips.

Crockpot Spaghetti and Meatballs- served with salad and french bread.

Pesto Honey Salmon- over the weekend I tasted this sauce that had pesto and honey mixed together. It was amazing! I want to try it on fish. Yum! I will share the recipe with you soon. Served with brown rice and a steamed veggie.

Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup- this stuff is so good and very filling.   Served with rolls.

Crockpot Candy Chicken-  served over steamed rice and a veggie.

Leftover Buffet- use ‘em up!

Ashley- glad you enjoy the tips. There is nothing I hate more than getting home and realizing I purchased something I had on hand. Always, always check first. :)

One of these days I am going to do SO much better with meal planning. It seems like the only time I do that well is when I’m using the crock pot and know I’ll get a few day’s worth of meals out of it.
