This week it is in the 70′s for the next handful of days in North Texas. 70′s. It is January. Crazy, I agree. Our sinuses are killing us though. All the back and forth these last few weeks with hot and cold. Ugh.

Here is what I am feeding my family this week.
Crockpot Ravioli- served with a dinner salad and french bread.
Lentil Tacos- we love this! It is also a great way to serve tacos on a budget. Lentils are $0.99 a pound. We serve this with rice and beans.
Corny Dogs- with carrots, ranch and applesauce.
Lime Butter Garlic Salmon- served with a salad, steamed rice and rolls.
Leftover Buffet- use ‘em up!
