Weekly Meal Plan 140

Sharing is caring!

How is back to school mode at your house? Are the school supplies purchased? Do you put a limit on back to school clothes shopping?

We get off pretty easy since our boys are pretty low maintenance. We can generally get all of the back to school clothes in just a couple of stops- Target and Old Navy are favorites. Even though Nick, Luke and Matthew are being homeschooled, they will still need new clothes for fall. I mean, everyone needs jeans rather you stay home for school or not…

Here is our easy meal plan for the week. Lots of crockpot cooking.

Crockpot Orange Chicken Stirfry– served with steamed rice and a fortune cookie. This is such and easy recipe and is perfect for busy back to school evenings!

Lime Garlic Butter Salmon– this is an easy 30 minute meal. Served with couscous and a steamed veggie.

Mexican Rice– this is an easy stove top recipe from one of our family cookbooks. I will share the recipe soon. I will be using frozen taco meat from the batch cooking.

Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad– one pot meal Yum!

Crockpot Chicken and Noodles– this is super easy and consists of chicken breasts and cream of chicken soup cooking in the crockpot all day. Then shred and add noodles and broth. I am begging for fall weather. Can you tell?

Leftover Buffet- use ’em up if you have any!
