Week before last three of my kids came down with strep, were having asthmatic breathing issues (with the hot/brisk/indecisive weather), and Matthew had a skin infection because of his eczema (which is also affected by this crazy weather).

This pictures does not even cover all the meds I had to administer- I had to make multiple trips to two different pharmacies to get everything. Some medicines were to be given twice a day, some were every 2 hours (nebulizer treatments) and over the counter medicines like ibuprofen, every 6 hours. With three kids taking these I needed a chart that would help me keep up with it all.

I emailed my friend Kelli over at 3 Boys and a Dog and asked her if she could make me a medicine chart printable so I could easily keep up with each med, each child, and when the next doses would be.

She kindly made us this medicine chart and you can download it for free! medicine chart This mommy solution saved my sanity!

I have asthma and fear that my children may get it hereditary from me. Thank you so much for the chart. It is so detailed and will help in tracking the medicines given from time to time. Thanks!

As a legal drug pusher myself, I love to see when patients take such intiative in empowering themselves for better compliance. Go Crsytal!

When I initially commented I clicked the
“Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added
I get three emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can
remove people from that service? Thanks!

In the email you get when it says there is a new comment, there should be an option to unsubscribe.
