Family is Everything

Sharing is caring!

You know what makes the perfect surprise?

A warm day at the park in January.

A daddy holding his son’s hand as they walk.

Family.

Is.

Everything.

You know what makes me sad?

My baby’s independence.

I want to protect him from the world forever.

I want to keep him close and never let him go.

But he has other plans.

To explore.

You know who wants to touch the sky?

Swing all the way up to the moon in his cowboy boots?

You guessed it. Nicky.

He reminds me he can almost touch the moon.

And this picture..

I could cry.

How is it that my twins are almost six years old?

Where does the time go?

And what is a guarantee with these two?

Mischief.

Let’s twist your swing ’round and ’round and ’round.

And guess who is super attached to Daddy.

Nicholas knows his dad can do anything.

The perfect way to spend a January afternoon.

Absolutely perfect.

Don’t you love a surprisingly warm afternoon on a winter day?

  1. These pictures made me cry. Because I know someday I will miss them. Life is all about loving one another with all your heart. I’m getting older, seeing my family grow is a blessing. But I know this will end for me soon. I wonder why God planned it like this. That the most important years in ones life is shortened. I love you guys, God bless and may he always be with you. He has let me live this long to see a glimmer of the future to come with my grandchildren. Thank you Jesus…but let me live just a little longer to see them grow up. I love you Lenuch, Crystal, Vinny, Anthony, Luke, Nick, Matthew and Garrett. May the blessings of God always shower you and keep you safe. With eternal Love, Grandma

  2. Love the pics! I miss these little days. My girls are all 12 and up. We seldom all get to run to the park these days! Enjoy them, Crystal! I did and still do but miss these park days.
