Anna, we have had so much fun with your trick. My boys are typical boys and so impressed by tricks like that. I am so glad you shared it last week.

I missed the pretend gift wrapping station last week. I’ll have to check it out. My daughter celebrated her 5th birthday on Sunday. Almost every day this week her stuffed animals have been celebrating their birthdays. She keeps wrapping stuff, and wrapping stuff.

This week I shared about the party decorations for my daughter’s birthday party.

That is so sweet, Barb. When I was a little girl I played school with all of my stuffed animals. They were really good students. :)

Happy b-day to your daughter!

Today I am sharing two posts, the first of which is my next post in my REAL FOOD 101 series: Lacto-fermented Ketchup. Perfect for dipping or for putting on hash browns and eggs in the morning!

The next post is one I just finished today. It’s my 15 Wish List Items for the Seasoned Foodie. I put a LOT of thought into this, and I hope that you can benefit from my recommendations in some cases, and my musings int others (as I decide what I want too!)

Thanks for hosting! Did you know that name-brand laundry detergents contain carcinogens and toxic chemicals that they don’t have to list on the label? This recipe is cheaper and just as effective as the name brand detergents, and actually works better than most eco-friendly brands too. Enjoy!

Actually, I just learned this week that many of the household cleaners sold here in the US carry harmful ingredients that other countries will not allow on their shelves for their consumers to purchase. Ingredients like formaldehyde. That freaks me out!
