Weekly Meal Plan 73

Sharing is caring!

What’s cooking at your house this week? We are doing lots of crockpot cooking and other easy, quick dinners.   Hop over and check out OrgJunkie  for more meal and recipe inspiration.

Cheeseburger Macaroni– this looks really good and I know my kids are going to love it. It is basically a homemade version of Hamburger Helper. Served with a nice salad and dinner is done!

Crockpot Pinto Beans– served over white rice. I will slice up some smoked sausage and add it to the beans the last few hours of cooking. Easy dinner!

Angel Hair Artichoke Chicken Pasta– so, there is this really yummy dish on Johnny Carino’s menu that is considered a healthier meal option. I think I can reinvent it and I will share the recipe if it comes out great.   Served with fresh fruit and a salad.

Crockpot BBQ Chicken– this weekend my friend Kim was telling me she’s been cooking BBQ chicken in the crockpot forever! I can not believe this has never occurred to me. She says just drop your chicken in and cover with your favorite sauce and let it cook. I’ll let you know how it turns out. I will serve it with mashed potatoes and peas.

Rosemary Roasted Chicken and Potatoes– have you seen these recipe inspirations from McCormick? I am excited to see how my family likes it.   Served with buttered steamed broccoli on the side.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

  1. You’ll love the crockpot BBQ chicken. I do that one pretty often ’cause it’s just so darn easy and tastes good. I posted something about it just recently on my blog. I never considered it anything special but several friends kept telling me how they’d never thought to do it so I figured it was worth sharing too.

And last night we tried the Rosemary Roasted Chicken and Potatoes from the McCormicks seasoning pack. YUM!! It was a big hit in this house. Hope you guys like it too!
