The Baby Timer Everyone Needs (giveaway)

in crazy baby promotion, giveaways, product reviews

The excitement exudes from me. I have found the most brilliant baby product ever!

At church a few weeks ago I was chatting with a fellow mom (of many) and noticed this nifty device clipped to her newest addition’s car seat. Give me a baby gadget and I am as happy as Lenny in the tool section at the local home improvement store.

It was a baby timer.

The most genius baby device I had ever seen in my entire life. I sat there thinking…. why didn’t I think of this?

I came home and researched it. I knew I had to email the inventor. And I did.

I wish I had two of these when the twins were born. Oh it would have made my life so much easier! And more manageable. And less stressful.

Reach way back in that mommy brain of yours. Remember those days of…. when did I change the baby last? Has he had enough wet diapers today? How long has he slept? When did he eat last? Did I nurse on the left side or right side last time?

Itzbeen. The timer that tells you how long Itzbeen since you’ve changed a diaper, fed the baby (and what side you nursed on), given medicine, how long he’s been asleep, and you can even track things like when the baby’s last dose of medicine was.

This timer does everything but call home.

This is a must for every parent out there- period! Let me tell you why.

First baby- you have no confidence, it is your first rodeo and to have a product help you keep up with everything will bring you comfort. It helps you learn your baby’s routine and bring peace of mind instead of leaving you always second guessing yourself.  You can learn your baby’s patterns and routines with certainty.

Second baby (and subsequent babies) – you can not keep up with all of your new baby’s needs and then the older child(ren) who still needs you, too. Each subsequent baby just adds to the mayhem. Even though many parents consider themselves a pro after the first baby, you need tools like this to help you take the guess work out of how long Itzbeen!  By the time {baby} Matthew came along, although I had mommyhood down, I needed a tool like this to make life less stressful.

Multiples- OMG, you do not know if you should scratch your watch or wind your bum. There is so much to keep up with no matter if this is your first rodeo or not. ItzBeen comes in different colors making it easy  track these activities for each baby. It will take the guess work out of  everything that is running through your mind and save yourself some sanity. I can feel my stress level escalate just thinking back to those early days when I could not remember who nursed last, has he gone potty enough today, etc.

Aside from timing how long Itzbeen since each activity, here are the additional features you will enjoy with your timer.

Features:
alarm options for each reminder category
mute switch
backlight (to illuminate buttons)
nightlight/flashlight
clock with real time
clip (put it anywhere- diaper bag, pocket, car seat, stroller, etc)

Having a baby soon? Make sure this is on your list of must haves! This comes from a been-there-done-that parent! This timer is BRILLIANT!

Maybe you are done having babies? Make the Itzbeen Timer your new baby shower gift. I can not think of one parent who would not benefit from this product!

Soon to be grandparent? This is the gift to give your son or daughter as they welcome home their new baby.

Honestly, they should send home information about this device with every parent who leaves the hospital.

Buy an Itzbeen Baby Care Timer for $24.95! Visit their website to order.

I like that it counts the time since the last time something occurred. This would be really handy in the middle of the night.

This would've been PERFECT with my first baby! She had serious problems for the first month nursing and gaining weight, so I was on a very strict schedule of feeding her/waking her/feeding her, etc. I had this cumbersome little journal that I had to remember to write in every time.
I think the feeding timer would be especially handy for me!

I like the fact that it has the one touch timers which enable the parents or babysitter to know when the last time was that the baby ate, slept, was changed etc… perfect for a grandma like me who needs to know these things when I babysit!

I like that the interface is so simple–just the five timers plus a reminder of which side to breastfeed on next.

I know it's just a toggle switch but my favorite feature is the button that reminds you which side you nursed on last. I had so much trouble remembering that with my son!

I would always forget which side I left off with when nursing. This would be great for my friend who is on baby #4.

Being 100% sure of the time when the child was given medicine is very helpful.

I really love how it can help you keep track on what side you feed on. This would have been very helpful with my babies.

I would like to win this for a pregnant friend. The most beneficial feature for me would be the nursing timer. I never could remember when I fed baby last.. This is great. You will feel much less stupid at the pediatrician too!
